  15. 30 hours of Lecture + Seminar, Gym, and Lab.
~10 hours of mutual Peer Coaching Sesions.
5 - 10 hours of (optional) Professional Coaching Sessions.
  16. During the Gym, participants will partner up with the individual to help them practice new skills, techniques, and tools. They may also allow individuals to observe them practice. Such an opportunity to observe can often provide insights difficult to obtain as a participant.

During the peer coaching sessions, another participant will help the individual practice her skills of interaction, communication, and conversation on them. The practice is meant to give the individual a safe and stable space where she can practice and receive feedback before doing so in their own context.

During the optional professional coaching sessions, Slim will help the individual gain the clarity, focus, and confidence required to breakthrough hurdles and design effective next steps.

During the seminars and reflections, participants will help the individual gain diverse view points by sharing their stories and realizations. The individual may also gain such diverse view points when participants provide feedback to the individual’s submitted observation of project results.

During the labs, other participants help the individual experiment with more complex skills of interactions, communications, and conversations in a team-setting.
